We created this traditional oak study to meet our client’s exact requirements. A key part of the brief was the grand peninsula desk positioned to make the most of the natural light and view of the historic Essex village. Thick glass shelves help to break up the corner bookcase cabinet. Bespoke built-in home offices designed for period properties like this classic oak study, have a timeless appeal.

Raised panel doors

The door design of this handsome bespoke oak office furniture displays solid oak raised and fielded centre panels. The upper display case with glass shelving has concealed LED lighting to illuminate artworks and personal artefacts. The handcrafted dovetail drawers were customised to accommodate hanging files.

Adjustable bespoke oak bookshelves

Here, we have designed the oak bookshelves to be adjustable. The thickness of these shelves offers unlimited support and adds to the opulent look of craftmanship. With a bespoke bookcase, shelves can be installed in fixed or adjustable positions.
