This bespoke mirrored cabinetry and premium slatted wood wall panelling was installed for a luxury gym in Guildford, Surrey. The natural wood design has transformed the interior of the fitness facility and created an inspiring venue for the gym’s clientele. The high-quality vertical wood panels have been constructed with an acoustic black backing which has excellent soundproofing properties. The wood is a highly durable light oak with a contemporary Nordic appearance. A practical satin matt clear finish enhances the grain and adds protection.

The narrow slat panels absorb sound and reduce echo and reverberation for a comfortable and pleasant environment. The sweeping curved shape of the bespoke slatted wood-clad doors are a special feature and soften the appearance of the cabinetry to contribute to a pleasing environment.

The bespoke floor to ceiling fitted cabinets features mirrored doors with a silver finish and a range of useful storage options. The full length safety mirrors provides visual feedback for the gym users, while also enhancing light levels and making the space appear airier and more spacious. The curved door design on the made to measure cabinetry has been crafted with discreet handles recessed into the edge of the doors to maintain the minimalist look.
