This bespoke minimalist built-in TV and multimedia wall unit was designed and installed to conceal the vertical steel girders for our client’s open plan living space in south west London. The cabinetry also provides extensive artfully concealed storage. This full wall cabinetry design has been beautifully achieved with premium-quality materials, concealed frameless doors and hidden hardware. All the client’s TV and media equipment is accommodated behind one of the secret door panels. All the made to measure cabinetry has a limed finish for a fresh, light contemporary look. Liming is a traditional natural technique that has been used for centuries. A limed finish is like a white wash that enhances the overall appearance of the wood while also highlighting the beauty of the grain.

Contemporary wall to wall storage

We have hidden a vast amount of bespoke storage that, on first glance, looks like wall panelling. Going full width and floor to ceiling takes away from an imposing feel that freestanding furniture can have and makes this feature wall design integral to the architectural structure of the room. The result is a barely-there streamlined wall of fitted entertainment furniture with everything our client needs tucked neatly out of sight when not in use, for the ultimate in clutter-free living.

Concealed customised drawers

Customised internal drawers have been cleverly concealed within the cabinetry to provide a variety of useful multipurpose storage. They feature handcrafted flush recessed handles for easy opening. Inner roomy drawers like these are the ideal way to organise items and keep them dust free. Having the drawers installed within the cabinetry also maintains the clean look on the exterior.
